Bangwallop is a fresh, innovative photographic venue based in the heart of Salcombe’s traditional boat-building area and it’s emerging arts quarter. Bangwallop encompasses a gallery, shop, coffee bar and photographic studio and school, giving you plenty of reasons to come and have a look around.
The gallery
Showcases the work of internationally acclaimed photographic artists as well as providing a backdrop for emerging photographers. Within the main gallery you’ll also find ‘the pod’, their virtual gallery.

Offering a range of funky design led products, books, frames, cameras. Our boutique cafe, serving excellent coffee, completes the experience.

At the heart of bangwallop are our photographic studios and postproduction facilities; home to founder and principal photographer Lorna Yabsley. Lorna and her highly skilled, creative team of associate photographers and designers, offer an unrivalled service, to both the private and commercial client.
