The Old Parsonage is a fabulous property located in the pretty hamlet of Galmpton, near Hope Cove, Salcombe and Thurlestone. This large house has six bedrooms and three bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 12 guests. The property consists of a huge open plan kitchen area complete with Aga, granite work tops and a breakfast bar; dining area with seating for 12 and a living room with wooden floors, a feature inglenook fireplace and large TV and DVD player. There is a further living room/snug with working fireplace and TV. The Old Parsonage also boasts a large garden with outside seating area, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

There are three bathrooms – one ensuite to the master bedroom complete with antique roll top bath and walk-in power shower, ensuite to bedroom two (wet room) and one large family bathroom.

Beaches
There are many beaches nearby to choose from. The nearest is at Hope Cove, a five minute drive away, which has two beaches, gread for kids. For a larger beach, Thurlestone and South Milton Sands are a 10 minute drive. If you're into surfing, Bantham beach is great and is also only a 15 minute drive from Galmpton.
Golf
Thurlestone Golf Club offers an excellent 18 hole golf course in a stunning location overlooking the coastline. There is also a pro shop, and 12 tennis courts, 10 of them grass.
Shops & supermarkets
The nearest convenience store is in Hope Cove, the nearest supermarkets are in Kingsbridge, where you can find Tesco and Morrisons. Hope Cove has a range of small independent shops selling local produce, arts and crafts. Salcombe has a wide range of clothing stores, art galleries and independent boutiques and delicatessans.

The nearest railway station is Totnes, a 35 minute drive from Galmpton
